Poco Camerata and Forté Camerata performed at the Singapore General Hospital as part of the organization’s outreach project “MusicFest”, bringing music to the patients and staff to brighten the atmosphere in a place where the mood can often feel heavy. The ensembles presented performances in mainly two areas of the SGH campus, between wards and an atrium open space, in the vicinity of patients and staff to listen and enjoy. We are very thankful for the opportunity to bring Forté students to outreach events like this, where their music-making serves a charitable purpose for the community.
